Established in 2012, DBS has been providing expert services in Minnesota and Wisconsin. As a member of Supportworks and Contractor Nation networks, our highly trained team specializes in basement waterproofing, foundation & crawl space repair, concrete lifting & leveling, basement finishing, and whole-home energy solutions.

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

DBS will pay for half of the employees' premiums. (Family members can be insured under the employees' insurance but DBS will not cover their premiums.)

401K

We offer a 401K with up to a 4% company match!

ETO that grows with you

We offer ETO (earned time off) which starts out at 2 weeks per year and increases depending on the length of employment.

Per Diem

We offer Per Diem of $30 per night
