Jace has been with DBS since 2015, and has worked as an Installer, Service Technician, and is currently serving as a Foreman. His day to day position includes carrying out assigned projects and services to ensure the best possible outcome for the homes of our customers. His past experience includes two years of Customer Service and general house repairs. Jace enjoys the friendliness and attitude of his coworkers along with the team effort to complete a task in an efficient way.
In Jace's spare time he likes to hang out with family and friends. He also enjoys playing sports such as Hockey, Volleyball, Hunting and Fishing.
DBS was called out to this Fall Creek, WI home to address some radon concerns. The customer had the home tested and found high levels of Radon present. Jace Aili, DBS foreman, along with his crew came out to the home and installed a radon mitigation system. It's safe to say this customer can rest easy now that the home has been properly set up with a radon mitigation system.
Our client called DBS with the problem of the concrete in their garage. The corner of the garage was cracked and sinking, causing the corner to become separated from the garage. DBS solved their problem by using our PolyLevel service to lift and level their uneven exterior concrete and divert water away from the joints in the garage, to ensure that this would not happen again. We installed PolyLevel to fix the concrete and stabilize, lifting and making it level, then clean up the cracks and apply a joint sealant to maintain our services.
A homeowner in Superior, WI reached out to DBS regarding our basement waterproofing service. They were looking to upgrade their waterproofing system to help maintain a safe comfortable environment. After hearing about us through the radio, they contacted DBS Residential Solutions and decided it was time to do something. Following a short informative phone call with Kelsey Anderson, the office manager, an appointment was set for System Design Specialists Henrick Makitalo to make a visit out to the home for a free no obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, Henrick gave a detailed estimate and explained the best possible solution to make the basement more comfortable. That same day an appointment was set up for the production crew to transform the basement. Foremen, Casey Healy and Jace Aili with their crew came out to the home to install power braces in order to repair the cinder block wall. A church in Nisswa, MN was experiencing issues with uneven sidewalk slabs. The concrete had started sinking in some areas, which is a big safety conern, especially for a populated area. Luckily, DBS was able to thoroughly inspect and provide the right solution. It was concluded that the sidewalk could be lifted and leveled with the PolyLevel® foam injection. This is a polymer injection that is embedded below the surface of the concrete, which then expands and raises the slab to the desired height. With the help of DBS, this sidewalk is now a safer area for all individuals.
