Jim Olson

Jim joined the DBS team in 2021 as our Inside Production Manager and has since assumed the role of Director of Field Operations. His role is to support our production team with high attention to detail on every project. His multi-faceted experience in business management, safety, operations, and contracts make him a strong addition to our team. 

What excites him most about a career at DBS is working for a company that values both the customer and employee experience. 

Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves getting outdoors to hunt, fish, camp, and go snowboarding.
