DBS Waterproofs a Duluth, MN Home
A home in Duluth, MN was having trouble with water leaking into their basement, but DBS is very accustomed to using interior waterproofing and the different methods to ensure a basement stays dry. We do the interior of the home to make sure we can get the area required, rather than doing the entire perimeter (also going around decks, etc.) and guarantee that it will stay dry. We use the WaterGuard® System in the surrounding areas inside that need to be waterproofed. This is done by digging up the concrete a few inches and installing the system, then covering it with a new layer of concrete, which is what we installed into this Duluth, MN home. If we go further into the process of waterproofing, we often replace the pumps in outdated sumps to make sure their sump system is working properly, if the entire sump pump system doesn’t need to be replaced. Our team knows how to keep your home dry all year and we’re happy to do it!
If you look at the pictures above, around the perimeter you can see the finished photos where the concrete was laid down over the WaterGuard® system in the home.
