DBS Takes Part in Campaign for Mental Health

During our company meeting in the month of May, our HR Coordinator Heather introduced the Make It OK campaign for mental health to the rest of our employees. This campaign aims to help put an end to the stigma surrounding mental illness, by assuring that it is something many individuals deal with, and as a community, we should be there for support. The campaign was developed in collaboration with HealthPartners, Regions Hospital, and other community partners to encourage Minnesotans to talk more openly about mental illnesses. 

As part of our initiative at DBS, our employees signed a poster vowing to "Make It OK" to talk about and support mental health. Many also wore green to the office today to show their support.
