To prevent any water build-up in your crawl space, our SmartDrain® can help. SmartDrain® is a dry well-type unit that can be installed along with the CleanSpace® liner. It collects unwanted water from the crawl space and alerts you to the leak. This helps the water drain under the CleanSpace® until the water issues can be addressed. 

Drainage Matting (Dimpled Poly.)

When a crawl space experiences water intrusion, it is important to help the water drain effectively and efficiently. To support good drainage along the crawl space floor, we recommend using our drainage matting. This matting is a dimpled polyethylene membrane that is installed under the CleanSpace® liner. Water will flow to the sump pump more easily with this solution.
