One Team Culture at DBS
Keeping a positive mindset.
At DBS, we strive to promote a positive environment for each other. We are sure to be there for others in their time of need, to give feedback, and to have each other's backs. We have created a family-oriented team by hosting various events throughout the year to help strengthen relationships between coworkers. In the summertime, we have cookouts, volunteer for highway clean-ups, host game nights, give back to local schools, and spend time collecting agates on our campus in Duluth!

As mentioned before, we win and lose as one team. When one of us falls short, we ask how we can help instead of sitting back to watch. Our success is heavily reliant on the community we have created at DBS and it is something that we are extremely proud of.
This year we raised money to purchase school supplies for local elementary schools!
