Flooding Basement Solution in International Falls, MN

This homeowner in International Falls, MN was unhappy with the water intrusion that was occurring in the basement of their home. They wanted a reliable solution, so they reached out to DBS for help.

Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team placed the drain lines within trenches along the perimeter of the basement walls. These drains collect the water and transport it to the sump pump where it is removed from the home. CleanSpace® was then applied to the walls for a clean finish and to help guide the water intrusion to the drain lines. New concrete is then installed that will create a flush finish once dry.
