In this situation, we needed to clear out the concrete around the footing of the home. We needed to clear enough space for a new drain tile to be installed. This means enough room for the pipe to be placed and for space above to be filled back smooth with concrete. Once the space is dug out and the old concrete hauled away we can begin installing the CleanSpace waterproof matting on the walls. We're careful to work around pipes and other protrusions to waterproof the wall as best as possible.
