Myke came by to give me a quote for a garage concrete lift and leveling project. I appreciated the extra time he spent answering my questions and making sure I understood the work that would be completed. Had concrete leveling done. Scheduling was easy; getting a quote was straight forward with no pressure. Crew showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. No complaints, job well done.

I had some concrete lifted in a portion of my 22 year old pool deck. The area in question had washed out some under 35x11 section. The guys were very prompt on the day they were to arrive and the communication from them was excellent. Unfortunately I am delinquent in writing this review so I forgot their names. BUT... what I can tell you is that they were both some of the kindest and polite individuals I have ever had do work on my home. Very interested in exactly how i wanted things to end up and very thorough in the execution of their process. During the process they checked in with me on a couple of occasions to make sure they were accomplishing my objectives. It was important to raise the concrete an exact amount for the 2nd step of the project (which has not commenced yet). The DBS techs checked in with me to make sure things were as they should be before buttoning everything up. Overall I was pleased with the work that was performed and VERY impressed with the techs that performed it. I will definitely use DBS again when the need arises.

We were very impressed with the concrete repair done on our large front steps. We have experienced significant settling in the past thirty years and we finally are addressing the issue. Shane Ng, the foreman, explained the process at the beginning and kept us informed throughout. They were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up. The results are excellent.
