Wall Restoration System

EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System

When foundation walls have failed severely, the EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System permanently stabilizes and restores them without the cost or disruption of total foundation replacement. Compatible with poured concrete, block, brick, field stone, and clay block walls.

Permanent Restoration for Severely Failing Foundation Walls

The EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System permanently stabilizes the most extreme cases of failing foundation walls. Steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.

The EverBrace™ is specifically designed for walls that have progressed beyond what standard wall anchors or braces can address. It provides Duluth Superior Area homeowners with the security of a new foundation, minus the cost and disruption of total foundation replacement.
The system can be easily concealed with drywall and is fully customized to fit around windows, doorways, and other structural components inside the basement.

The EverBrace™ system was engineered to address failures that other foundation repair methods cannot solve, while keeping the installation process as clean and minimally disruptive as possible.

Completed foundation repair using the EverBrace system with steel panels in an Ashland WI basement
Less Installation Time and Mess

Compared to other foundation repair options, the EverBrace™ requires significantly less excavation and disruption to your property. No large machinery needed on the exterior.

Easily Concealed with Drywall

Unlike other structural repairs, the EverBrace™ system is designed to sit flush with the wall so standard drywall can be installed directly over it for a finished basement appearance.

Steel Trim Covers All Edges

Zinc-coated steel trim covers edges and corners to create a finished, professional look. The trim also provides long-term corrosion resistance in basement environments.

Panels Customized to Fit

Every EverBrace™ installation is custom-designed to fit around windows, doors, and other obstacles in the basement. No wall is the same and neither is each installation.

Zinc-Coated for Corrosion Resistance

All steel components are zinc-coated to resist corrosion. In humid or wet basement environments, this ensures the structural elements maintain their integrity for decades.

Waterproofing Integration

A foundation waterproofing system can be easily integrated with the EverBrace™ system during or after installation, allowing both structural and moisture problems to be addressed together.

Works on All Major Foundation Wall Types

Unlike many foundation repair solutions that are limited to poured concrete walls, the EverBrace™ system is compatible with every major foundation wall material found in Minnesota and Wisconsin homes.

Poured Concrete Walls

When walls have failed severely, the EverBrace™ system uses steel corrugated panels and beams to restore structural integrity, a less disruptive alternative to total replacement that works even on field stone, clay block, and brick walls.

Concrete Block Walls

When exterior access is not possible, the PowerBrace™ interior I-beam system stabilizes the wall from inside. It spans the full height of the wall and can be gradually tightened over time to improve wall position.

Field Stone and Brick Walls

Older homes frequently have field stone or brick foundations. EverBrace™ is one of the only solutions capable of restoring these irregular wall types without full replacement.

Clay Block Walls

Clay block walls are particularly vulnerable to moisture damage and cracking. The EverBrace™ system provides the structural support these walls need without requiring demolition.

Why this matters for older homes

Many foundation repair products only work with poured concrete walls. Homes built before 1960 in Minnesota and Wisconsin frequently have field stone, brick, or clay block foundations that cannot accept standard anchors. The EverBrace™ system was specifically engineered to solve this problem, making it the only restoration option for many older homes short of full replacement.

EverBrace™ vs. Other Wall Repair Methods

While other DBS Repair solutions like wall anchors and PowerBrace™ address bowing walls in earlier stages, the EverBrace™ system is specifically designed for situations where other methods are insufficient or no longer appropriate.

EverBrace™ vs. Other Wall Repair Methods

While other DBS Repair solutions like wall anchors and PowerBrace™ address bowing walls in earlier stages, the EverBrace™ system is specifically designed for situations where other methods are insufficient or no longer appropriate.

How the EverBrace™ System Is Installed

EverBrace™ installation is performed entirely from inside the basement, with no exterior excavation required. The process is systematic and most installations are completed within one to two days depending on the scope of wall damage.

1. Foundation Inspection and Panel Layout

Our foundation contractor assesses the full extent of wall failure and maps out the panel layout. Each panel configuration is customized for the specific wall dimensions, window locations, doorways, and obstacles. The layout is confirmed before any installation begins.

2. Steel Panel Installation

Steel corrugated panels are mechanically attached to the failing foundation wall. The panels are precision-fitted to the wall surface and secured to both the floor and the floor joists above, creating a structurally connected support system that spans the full height of the wall.

3. Beam Installation and Structural Connection

Steel beams are installed to work in conjunction with the corrugated panels. Together, they strengthen and stabilize the wall as a unified structural system. Each beam is connected at both the floor and the floor joist to ensure the load is properly transferred to the new support structure.

4. Rigid Foam Void Fill

Rigid foam is injected to fill any voids between the failing wall and the new steel panel system. This foam fill fully transfers the structural load from the deteriorating original wall to the new EverBrace™ panels and beams, completing the load transfer process and creating a monolithic system.

5. Trim, Finishing, and Cleanup

Zinc-coated steel trim is applied to all edges and corners for a finished appearance and corrosion resistance. All tools and materials are removed. The wall is now ready for drywall installation if a finished basement is planned. Waterproofing can also be integrated at this stage if needed.

Everyone was great! We got exactly what we needed with no guesswork. The crew communicated often and well and were all very friendly. We came across some pretty bad foundation issues which the crew was able to immediately address at a reasonable cost. And they were happy to come back for a couple of touch-ups the next week. Overall, we’re very happy with the whole process and result.

We were stumped about how to address our aging cabin's foundation issues. DBS clearly understood what was causing the problem and how to fix it. At a follow up visit one year later, the foundation is right where they moved it.

Trevor and Corbin worked non stop on both sides of our duplex. Eventho mold removal was not on my original work order, they got that taken cars of too. Kept me up to date on everything. And then the final walk through was so educational. I didn’t know how much DBS can do with a basement to make the foundation so much more stable. I am so satisfied with their work, and I’m a nick picker. Thank you guys for all your hard work and making our place a safer place to live.

June 24, 2026 Trevor, with DBS foundation, base and insulation, just completed work on my Madeline Island Cottage on Lake Superior. The work, included Excavation, shoring and replacement supports in the Crawl Space of this 1940 Lake home. I was pleased with the technology at DBS uses, and the knowledge and technical proficiency that Trevor had in doing the work. He was thorough, and listen ed carefully to my concerns. I was absolutely 100% satisfied with his work and that of his assistant Corbin. If you are in need of foundation repair in Minnesota and Wisconsin, I highly recommend DBS. Donald W Laukka, architect.

I recently had DBS perform warranty work on foundation piers for a cabin boathouse. The crew was incredible. Their work was top notch. The foreman, Trevor, was particularly impressive. Highly skilled, outstanding attention to detail, and very customer focused. He also took the time to communicate and teach his younger crew. A true leader in every sense. DBS... be sure to reward employees like Trevor; people like him are difficult to find!

We can NOT thank DBS enough for all their hard work. Lawson and Bryce started our home foundation project. Both were kind, courteous, and professional. The next part of the job was lead by Trevor and Wayne. Both of these guys were excellent too. My husband and I are amazed at how much work they got done in the time they were under my home.Trevor was great at letting us know where they were at and what they were doing just to keep us updated. We are so thankful for their hard work and now feel more secure in our home. Our entire process with DBS from start to finish was excellent and we are so glad we chose them to help fix our home. Shoutout Beverly for aslo assiting me during this process. THANK YOU DBS.

DBS did a great job. James was great figuring out my problem, dip in the floor. I have an old house and the beam had begun to rot. Trevor and a couple other gentlemen were out to do the work. They were all real polite and explained the process. Trevor also pointed out some fun facts about my house. If I need anything else done I would for sure trust them to do the work. Didn't leave a mess which was also appreciated.

Myke Connelly was great to work with and I truly know that we will be in great hands with DBS moving forward. He was thorough and patient with the many questions we had about what was happening with our foundation project and would certainly suggest everyone in need of reinforcement solutions for your foundation meet with and work with their company. Thank you Myke and thank you DBS!
