Interior Slab Leveling
Uneven floors, cracks at doorways, and gaps along walls point to a settling interior slab. DBS restores sunken garage and interior slab floors with PolyLevel®, a non-invasive injection technique that raises the floor back to its original position without major upheaval in your home.
Raise Sunken Interior Slabs Without Tearing Up Your Home
Interior slabs are often poured on wet, weak, or poorly compacted soil. Over time the slab settles, floors slope, and gaps open at doorways and along walls. Left unrepaired, a settling slab can cause serious damage and makes a home very difficult to sell.
Traditional fixes, like self-leveling compounds, mudjacking, or pier installation, are invasive and often do not fix the failing soil underneath. PolyLevel® injection raises the slab through penny-sized ports, reaches 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes, and addresses the source of the problem.

Interior Slab Leveling Methods Compared
There are several traditional ways to deal with a sunken interior slab. Most are disruptive, and most treat the symptom rather than the soil.
Traditional methods
Compounds, Mudjacking, Piers
Self-leveling compounds resurface without lifting and add weight. Mudjacking requires large holes and messy slurry indoors. Pier installation is highly invasive. None of these reliably fixes the weak soil that caused the settlement.
Recommended Solutions
PolyLevel® Interior Leveling
Penny-sized ports bored only in affected rooms. Polyurethane foam expands beneath the slab, raising it until the floor is level, reaching 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes. Small flooring sections are removed and restored over the ports. Minimal disruption, lasting result.
