Interior Slab Leveling

Uneven floors, cracks at doorways, and gaps along walls point to a settling interior slab. DBS restores sunken garage and interior slab floors with PolyLevel®, a non-invasive injection technique that raises the floor back to its original position without major upheaval in your home.

Raise Sunken Interior Slabs Without Tearing Up Your Home

Interior slabs are often poured on wet, weak, or poorly compacted soil. Over time the slab settles, floors slope, and gaps open at doorways and along walls. Left unrepaired, a settling slab can cause serious damage and makes a home very difficult to sell.

Traditional fixes, like self-leveling compounds, mudjacking, or pier installation, are invasive and often do not fix the failing soil underneath. PolyLevel® injection raises the slab through penny-sized ports, reaches 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes, and addresses the source of the problem.

Levels garage floors, basement slabs, and slab-on-grade rooms
Closes gaps at doorways, walls, and baseboards
Only small sections of finished flooring removed for access
Foam expands to fill voids and stabilize the soil
Floor returned to original position, flooring restored
No significant upheaval inside the home

Interior Slab Leveling Methods Compared

There are several traditional ways to deal with a sunken interior slab. Most are disruptive, and most treat the symptom rather than the soil.

Traditional methods

Compounds, Mudjacking, Piers

Self-leveling compounds resurface without lifting and add weight. Mudjacking requires large holes and messy slurry indoors. Pier installation is highly invasive. None of these reliably fixes the weak soil that caused the settlement.

Recommended Solutions

PolyLevel® Interior Leveling

Penny-sized ports bored only in affected rooms. Polyurethane foam expands beneath the slab, raising it until the floor is level, reaching 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes. Small flooring sections are removed and restored over the ports. Minimal disruption, lasting result.

Interior Slab Leveling: What to Expect

1.

Free on-site inspection and estimate

A DBS specialist evaluates the slab, identifies affected rooms, and presents a written proposal.

2.

Flooring access

Very small sections of existing finished flooring are removed to access the slab.

3.

Ports bored

Penny-sized holes are bored into the slab in each affected room.

4.

Foam injection to level

Polyurethane foam is injected through the ports, expanding and raising the slab until the floor is level. The foam reaches 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes.

5.

Flooring restored

Finished flooring is restored over the injection holes, leaving the room ready to use.

Why Level Interior Slabs with PolyLevel®

Non-Invasive

Penny-sized ports and small flooring access cuts replace the demolition required by traditional slab repairs.

Fast Rigidity

Injected foam reaches 90 percent rigidity within 30 minutes, so rooms return to service quickly.

Fixes the Source

Expanding foam fills the voids in weak, poorly compacted soil, addressing the cause of settlement, not just the symptom.

Protects Resale Value

Slab settlement scares buyers. A documented, professional repair removes a major obstacle when selling.

Whole-Home Capability

Garage floors, basement slabs, and slab-on-grade living areas can all be leveled with the same system.

Long-Lasting

PolyLevel® is waterproof, inert, and does not degrade, providing a durable, permanent lift.

The crew that did our concrete leveling arrived on time and got right to work. Both Pierce and Ruben worked steadily on the job for three hours straight. When I periodically reviewed their progress, they were very cordial and patient with me explaining how the work was going and the cautions they were taking to not cause any cracks to our pool coping. They showed a high level of skill, and I am very pleased with their work. I recommend this company highly.
DBS was very professional, punctual and went above and beyond to fix our concrete needs. I would highly recommend them. We made a post on Facebook suggesting them to our friends and family. Thanks!

The service technician arrived on time and was well-prepared. Before starting, he took the time to discuss my concerns and incorporated them directly into his work. He spent the entire day working on the concrete until it was perfect, and he thoroughly cleaned all debris from the pool area before leaving. DBS provided exceptional service and quality work at the best price, especially compared to the higher bids I received from other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend DBS to my friends and family.

Every part of our project was handled exceptionally. Our estimate from Travis was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us with reasonable options for our project. We were given a reminder and courtesy call when someone was on their way to our home. All our appointments were on time. The project foreman, Shane was at our home working throughout the project. His knowledge and expertise was critical in accurately in lifting our concrete apron and crack repair in the garage floor. Shane and Cameron worked very well together. We are very happy that we chose DBS to complete our project and have already recommended DBS to others.

Griffin and his colleague were very helpful and explained everything that they were going to do in August 2026 regarding some concrete sealing on a repaired sidewalk piece. They even finished a little earlier than he had initially expected to.

The team showed up and were very conscientious about protecting our property while completing their work. The communication was great, they kept us informed all the way through the process. The employees that did the concrete leveling did a great job and were very professional. We would use your services again!
The communication with this company was excellent. They contacted me promptly, followed through with the appointment and were on time and super efficient. The presentation was professional and the cost was what we expected. But best of all, we can afford the solution to our concrete problem! A win for us! 7/20/26 Update: Well, the concrete driveway project is complete! And It turned out great. Joe was the foreman on the job and he was so professional and nice. He called before they came, updated me several times during the day, and sent me a series of pictures of the finished job. The entire experience deserves an A+. This company is top notch!

Myke came by to give me a quote for a garage concrete lift and leveling project. I appreciated the extra time he spent answering my questions and making sure I understood the work that would be completed. I’ve had a few quotes from other companies in the area and he was very helpful in understanding my options and what would make sense for me (both in terms of cost and long term impact).
