PolyLevel® Injection Foam Concrete Leveling

PolyLevel® is an expanding, high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath sunken concrete to fill the voids left by soil erosion, raise the slab back to its original position, and stabilize the soil so settlement does not recur. It is the modern replacement for mudjacking and full slab replacement in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Expanding Polymer Foam That Lifts, Levels, and Stabilizes

The stability of any concrete surface depends on the soil beneath it. The weight of concrete, combined with natural soil erosion, leads to sunken and uneven surfaces. PolyLevel® addresses the cause: a two-part polyurethane foam is injected through penny-sized holes in the slab, where it expands to fill voids, lift the concrete, and strengthen the soil’s load-bearing characteristics.

Despite weighing only about 4 lbs per cubic foot, compared with roughly 120 lbs per cubic foot for traditional fill material, PolyLevel® supports substantial loads and typically delivers greater lifting power than mudjacking, without adding weight to already weak soils.

Lifts settled slabs, slab foundations, and sunken sidewalks
Strengthens and stabilizes loose soil beneath the slab
Fills sinkholes and other voids
Lifts and stabilizes roadways, rail beds, and airport runways
Preconstruction soil treatment to improve load bearing
Waterproof once cured; will not wash away or leach chemicals

Expert Concrete Slab Repair in Superior, WI

PolyLevel® vs Mudjacking and Slab Replacement

Traditional repairs either pump a heavy slurry under the slab or tear it out entirely. The comparison below shows why PolyLevel® outperforms both.

Traditional methods

Mudjacking / Replacement

Heavy water, soil, sand, and cement slurry pumped through large drilled holes. Messy on-site mixing. Adds load to weak soil. Hours to days of cure time. Mudjacking holes leave a visible, unfinished look. Replacement damages landscaping and keeps concrete off-limits while it cures.

Recommended Solutions

PolyLevel® Injection

Lightweight foam with greater lifting power. Metered, spaced injections give precise, controlled lift, and the chemical mix can be adjusted for further precision. Penny-sized injection holes preserve appearance. Cures in minutes, so driveways can be used the same day. Strengthens the underlying soil so settlement does not recur.

PolyLevel® Installation: What to Expect

1.

Free on-site inspection and estimate

A DBS design specialist inspects your concrete, explains what caused the settlement, how it can be fixed, and exactly what it will cost in a written proposal.

2.

Injection ports drilled

Penny-sized holes are drilled in the settled sections of the slab at engineered injection points.

3.

Foam injection and lift

Two-part PolyLevel® polyurethane is injected beneath the slab, expanding to fill voids and raise the concrete. Trained installers control the injection so just enough foam is used to reach level.

4.

Holes patched, cracks sealed

Injection holes are patched and cracks or joints can be sealed for a uniform, finished appearance.

5.

Back in service within minutes

PolyLevel® cures very quickly. You can drive over a lifted driveway slab in as little as 15 minutes after installation.

Why Level Interior Slabs with PolyLevel®

Strong but Light

About 4 lbs per cubic foot vs 120 lbs for standard fill, ideal where denser material would overload weak soils, yet it supports substantial loads.

Fast Cure

Cures in minutes, not days. Driveways, patios, sidewalks, and pool decks return to service almost immediately.

Precise, Controlled Lift

Metered, spaced-out injections carefully control lifting power. The chemical composition can be adjusted for even greater precision.

Waterproof & Inert

Once cured, PolyLevel® will not wash away, does not react with soil or moisture, and will not leach harmful chemicals.

Discreet Repair

Injections need less than an inch per port, keeping the finished look of your driveway, garage floor, or pool deck intact.

Network Exclusive

PolyLevel® is a proprietary product developed by Supportworks, available exclusively from DBS and other contractors in the Supportworks network.

The team showed up and were very conscientious about protecting our property while completing their work. The communication was great, they kept us informed all the way through the process. The employees that did the concrete leveling did a great job and were very professional. We would use your services again!
The communication with this company was excellent. They contacted me promptly, followed through with the appointment and were on time and super efficient. The presentation was professional and the cost was what we expected. But best of all, we can afford the solution to our concrete problem! A win for us! 7/20/26 Update: Well, the concrete driveway project is complete! And It turned out great. Joe was the foreman on the job and he was so professional and nice. He called before they came, updated me several times during the day, and sent me a series of pictures of the finished job. The entire experience deserves an A+. This company is top notch!

Myke came by to give me a quote for a garage concrete lift and leveling project. I appreciated the extra time he spent answering my questions and making sure I understood the work that would be completed. I’ve had a few quotes from other companies in the area and he was very helpful in understanding my options and what would make sense for me (both in terms of cost and long term impact).

I had some concrete lifted in a portion of my 22 year old pool deck. The area in question had washed out some under 35x11 section. The guys were very prompt on the day they were to arrive and the communication from them was excellent. Unfortunately I am delinquent in writing this review so I forgot their names. BUT... what I can tell you is that they were both some of the kindest and polite individuals I have ever had do work on my home. Very interested in exactly how i wanted things to end up and very thorough in the execution of their process. During the process they checked in with me on a couple of occasions to make sure they were accomplishing my objectives. It was important to raise the concrete an exact amount for the 2nd step of the project (which has not commenced yet). The DBS techs checked in with me to make sure things were as they should be before buttoning everything up. Overall I was pleased with the work that was performed and VERY impressed with the techs that performed it. I will definitely use DBS again when the need arises.

I haven't had any repairs done yet, but Myke came to give me an estimate on my concrete driveway and sidewalk. Everything that he explained was clear and thorough. He's very knowledgeable about the products they use, how the process works, and what to expect. Myke was very patient with all of the questions I had. He didn't make me feel like I was being undermined at all and it was sincerely appreciated.

We were very impressed with the concrete repair done on our large front steps. We have experienced significant settling in the past thirty years and we finally are addressing the issue. Shane Ng, the foreman, explained the process at the beginning and kept us informed throughout. They were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up. The results are excellent.
