    Sump Pumps

    Neglecting to get your pump serviced can result in water in your basement. Even with a generator, a dead pump or blocked discharge line will do you no good. Even our battery back-up pump system needs to be run tested and have the batteries checked. Our sump pump annual maintenance includes checking pump operation, cleaning the sump liner of silt and sediment, changing batteries in the alarm, checking the discharge line for potential problems, inspecting your basement or crawl space for signs of problems, and providing any recommendations as needed.

    Our SaniDry dehumidifiers are high performance machines and should be serviced annually to protect your investment and your home.

    Foundation Annual Maintenance

    Our foundation annual maintenance services keep your system operating optimally. Annual service should be done with all wall stabilization, foundation stabilization, and crawl space repairs.
    During your appointment we’ll benchmark and tighten systems, evaluate the system and inspect the foundation, and check CleanSpace for rips and ensure seams are intact.

    Services Included:

    Waterproofing

    Cycle & water test sump pump operations
    Clean sump system liner of sediment and silt
    Change battery in the WaterWatch® alarm
    Flush & flood test WaterGuard® system as necessary
    Evaluate discharge line(s) & potential for freezing

    Wall Stabilization

    Re-tighten to appropriate torque
    Evaluate PowerBrace and/or wall anchor plates
    Benchmark the position of wall(s) at each location
    Remove excess anchor rod
    Perform an inspection of foundation, grading & gutters

    Foundation Stabilization

    Assess benchmarks
    Replace/add benchmarks as necessary
    Determine elevations of entire foundation
    Inspect grading, downspouts, and gutters
    Inspect foundation walls for cracks, efflorescence or water stains

    Dehumidification

    Check relative humidity set point
    Inspect filter
    Clean heat exchange core & evaporator coil
    Clean drain pipe
    Inspect blower, wires/connections & refrigeration system
