Free Inspection

The person we met with was very helpful and knowledgeable. He can up with a good plan for our concrete issues.

It started off frustrating with poor communication, and unmet expectations. We were expecting a crew, and instead it was just one young guy who showed up late and didn’t seem too knowledgeable in how to adress our problems. He also left before finishing the job leaving it incomplete. He came back a few days later, but still didn’t know how to fix the large broken corner of our concrete. Thankfully, Blake, the crew manager, came out to inspect the job and made the necessary corrections. He was very understanding of my concerns and frustrations. He personally fixed the corner of the concrete to our approval.

Nick and Rob were at my cabin on time accessed the project said it was easier than they thought it would be. They got right to work at 9 am and was slated to take 8 hours and dig a ditch 4 inches deep and they said no way they could get through there no problem. They got through spread the mat then the white plastic and then foamed. They called at noon and said they were almost done. Great job very efficient great guysFull disclosure I had a bid from groundwork’s that was twice as much and they refused to climb in there unless I removed the floor in the bedroom above do they could access. I refused. DBS was terrific and got the job done. I recommend to anyone.

We had a very good helical pile installation for our decking project. Highly professional visit.

Mike assessed our attic and gave a thorough explanation of issues to improve the insulation of our townhome. He gave a number of possible scenarios with varying price points. He was very professional and honest about what he thought each option would accomplish. No pressure just helpful to understand what is possible.

Ok let paint it 1930s home, wall in basment massive crack, they came renforced it and explanded it why they did what they did. No presser just hey this is what we can do. Not in the this is what is the standered but with exp, THAT IS HUGE to be able to understand why and not get miss lead. You might read this and say oh this post is full of shit, but I shit you not they will work with you, explane why, and follow up. Having DBS work on your home adds value. They will take care of all the docs. As for cost yes it seems scary but isnt worse to let things keep getting worse? Call them up you'll be happy you did

Had concrete leveling done. Scheduling was easy; getting a quote was straight forward with no pressure. Crew showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. No complaints, job well done.
