Quick and effective. Filled in the crawlspace under an old house addition with foam insulation (which fixed cold floors AND animals nesting under there) and checked the struts for that area's sagging floor. Let us know our struts were fine, that the floor itself is rotting there, and didn't charge for the mold treatment they ended up not needing. Definitely would hire again.

Griffin and his colleague were very helpful and explained everything that they were going to do in August 2026 regarding some concrete sealing on a repaired sidewalk piece. They even finished a little earlier than he had initially expected to.

We had a section of sidewalk that had settled creating a safety / trip hazard. Joe Bong (Foreman) did an excellent job with carefully leveling & eliminating the hazard & also leveled several adjoining sections of our walk. He & his partner cleaned & sealed all of the walkway joint cracks. Prior to starting, Joe went through the scope of our job and his approach to correcting our issue. Job was done efficiently & site cleanup was great. He even took extra care working around our flower garden, too! We are very pleased with the professional job done by Joe & DBS

Jorge came out with Robb to put smart jacks in ! Jorge was very professional and did all he could to make the floor level ,. He took a sincere interest in doing what he could to remedy the situation ! We appreciate his effort and would like to have him back next year when we have our next checkup!!!
