The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System seals your crawl space from ground moisture, outside air, and humidity, converting it into a clean, dry, energy-efficient space. Complete installations typically finish in less than one day with a 25-year written warranty.

A Three-Part Crawl Space Drainage System That Actually Works
A complete crawl space drainage system requires three components working together: a perimeter drain to capture incoming water, drainage matting to channel floor water, and a sump pump to automatically eject everything collected. DBS installs all three as an integrated system.
Unlike standard drainage products adapted from basement applications, each component in the DBS Repair crawl space drainage system is engineered specifically for crawl space conditions, including tight clearances, dirt floors, and the risk of sediment clogging.

How a Full Crawl Space Encapsulation Works
1.
Seal vents and doors
Airtight CleanSpace® vent covers and EverLast™ crawl space doors seal every exterior opening, stopping the cycle of outdoor humidity and cold air entering the space.
2.
Install drainage system (if water is present)
If water enters through the walls or floor, SmartPipe™ perimeter drainage and a sump pump system are installed to capture and eject it before the liner goes down.
3.
Address structural issues (if needed)
If floor beams or support posts are sagging, SmartJack® support posts are installed to restore the structure before the liner is placed.
4.
Install insulation (if selected)
TerraBlock™ floor insulation and SilverGlo™ wall insulation panels can be installed with the liner for full moisture control plus energy savings.
5.
Install drainage matting on floor
CleanSpace® Drainage Matting is laid on the crawl space floor to channel any residual water to the perimeter drain underneath the liner.
6.
Install SaniDry™ dehumidifier
For larger or previously wet crawl spaces, a self-draining SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier is installed as the final layer of protection, keeping humidity below 55% permanently.
