Facing the challenges of uneven floors and high humidity in their McGregor, MN cabin, the homeowner reached out to our team at DBS for a comprehensive solution. As shown in the before photo, the crawl space beneath the cabin was in desperate need of stabilization and moisture control. The unaddressed issues were causing the floors above to sag and become unstable, while the excessive humidity left the home vulnerable to potential mold and moisture damage.

Recognizing the severity of the situation, our team was ready to step in with the expertise needed to address both the structural and environmental concerns. First, we stabilized the crawl space with our SmartJack® system, which provides adjustable, reliable support to lift and level the floors above.
