After seeing our advertisements on TV this customer in Marshfield Wisconsin knew they had finally found someone in their area that would be able to confidently help with the water issues they were facing in their basement. The foundation walls of the basement had become cracked and were allowing water to come into the basement especially bad when the snow melted every year, but even light rain was having an effect on the basement atmosphere. The homeowner was tired of dealing with standing water and moldy musty smells in their basement so they decided to do something about it. Our Foundation Specialist Rich visited with this customer in their home to determine a custom fit solution for the basement and present an exact estimate. The customer enjoyed how Rich presented the solution and appreciated the explanation of why each part was important.
