FOUNDATION REPAIR WITH GEOLOCK® INSTALLATION IN MEADOWLANDS, MN
A homeowner in Meadowlands, MN reached out to DBS regarding a common issue amongst older basements: an inward-bowing foundation wall. Our team quickly responded with an engineered stabilization plan, strategically installing a heavy-duty GeoLock® wall anchor network to secure the structural layout and prevent further damage.
A homeowner in Meadowlands, MN reached out to DBS regarding a common issue amongst older basements. They reported one side of their foundation wall was beginning to bow from the bottom up. It was apparent that the soil on the exterior part of the wall was settling quite a bit, and forcing the wall to cave in. The issue needed to be resolved in order to prevent further damages.
DBS sent out a Design Specialist to inspect the area and provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the services. It was concluded that the foundation wall would need to have GeoLock® installed to help give the wall support and prevent it from moving in any further. The GeoLock® Wall Anchor System is comprised of galvanized steel earth anchors that are embedded into undisturbed soil outside of the wall, then attached to a steel rod that connects with another anchor on the interior portion of the wall. Once the ground is filled back in, the soil creates a pulling force which stabilizes the wall, and can even move it back to its original position. This service can support any damaged foundation wall, and will help prevent further issues in the long run.
Stop the Damage, for Good.

Foundation Piers:
The Permanent Fix for a Settling Foundation
The most reliable way to stop foundation settlement is to bypass weak soil entirely. DBS Repair installs steel foundation piers that transfer your home’s weight down to stable, load-bearing soil or bedrock, halting settlement permanently and often restoring the structure to its original level position.

Bowing Wall Repair:
Straighten and Stabilize Before It’s Too Late
A bowing foundation wall won’t fix itself. The longer it moves, the fewer options you have. DBS Repair installs proven, trusted systems to stop inward movement and restore wall strength.

✅ DBS Repair Tip: The earlier a bowing wall is addressed, the higher the chance of full straightening. Walls that have moved more than 2″ are harder and more costly to correct.

Lift and Level Without Full Replacement
A sinking concrete floor in a Minnesota home, garage, cabin, or lake property doesn’t always mean a full tear-out. DBS Repair uses two minimally invasive methods to lift, stabilize, and level settled slabs. Repairing concrete costs much less than the cost to replace concrete.
