Jorge Cruz joined DBS Repair in 2026 as a Foreman, bringing several years of construction experience and a passion for helping homeowners protect and improve their homes. He previously worked at DBS, giving him a well-rounded understanding of concrete repair, drywall, and framing. He also spent three years as a crew leader and driver for a moving company, where he developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Jorge enjoys the variety that comes with working in the field and takes pride in seeing each project come together from start to finish. He especially appreciates the opportunity to interact with homeowners, build relationships, and be part of a team that creates healthier, safer, and more comfortable homes.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys biking, hiking, and working out. If he could have dinner with anyone from history, he would choose Nikola Tesla to learn more about the groundbreaking ideas and innovations that continue to influence the world today.
