The major parts of the crawlspace encapsulation included a perimeter draintile, TerraBlock Insulation, Dimple Drainage Matting, Cleanspace, and a Super Sump and Ice Guard. Each piece plays an important part in the Cadillac crawlspace system. The draintile moves any water straight into the SuperSump, which sends it outside through the IceGuard, which doesn’t freeze in the winter! The TerraBlock insulation is laid down over the dirt, the first step in separating the cold damp earth from the living quarters. The dimple drainage matting is laid next to ensure that any water leaks is lead into the draintile, taking it out of the area. The Cleanspace is laid last, keeping everything hidden and clean beneath a beautiful white anti bacterial plastic.
