Will joined the DBS team in 2024, initially helping in the warehouse where he quickly became familiar with the company’s products, processes, and people. That experience gave him a strong foundation and helped prepare him for his transition into production, where he now works as a DuraStone Installer. His attention to detail, willingness to learn, and positive attitude have made him a valuable member of the team.
As Will has grown with DBS, he’s enjoyed learning every aspect of the business and seeing how teamwork helps deliver outstanding results for homeowners. His knowledge of the company’s products, combined with his dedication to quality workmanship, allows him to contribute to projects that homeowners can enjoy for years to come.
What excites Will most about his role is completing the final walkthrough with homeowners and seeing the satisfaction on their faces. Knowing customers are happy with the finished product and proud of the transformation makes every project worthwhile. He enjoys being part of a team that creates beautiful, long-lasting outdoor spaces while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Outside of work, Will enjoys biking, playing volleyball, fishing, and hunting. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Abraham Lincoln, appreciating both his leadership and—according to Will—his iconic beard.
