Kelly Hurley

Kelly brings over a decade of experience in real estate and sales, including five years as Director of Sales in the senior living industry. Her background is strengthened by a life of adaptability and connection, having lived across the country while married to a Marine Corps officer for nearly 20 years. She joined the DBS team in 2025, excited to apply her skills in a new industry where she can make a lasting impact.

At DBS, Kelly leverages her real estate expertise and customer-focused mindset to help homeowners protect and enhance their greatest investment—their home. She’s passionate about partnering with customers to find meaningful, lasting solutions for basement, crawl space, concrete, and insulation issues.

Outside of work, Kelly hosts weekly “family dinners” for her sons and their friends, enjoys cooking, training her puppy, and spending time outdoors. Come fall and winter, you’ll find her cheering on the Packers during football season.
