Co-Foreman
Cole joined the DBS team as a co-foreman in 2026, bringing experience in framing and welding along with a strong appreciation for hands-on work. Having spent time working out west, he developed a unique perspective on construction and problem-solving that he now brings to every project. He enjoys learning new techniques, working alongside his team, and helping deliver quality solutions that homeowners can depend on.
What Cole enjoys most about his role is that no two projects are ever the same. Every home presents a different challenge, allowing him to think through solutions, continue building his skills, and make a lasting impact for homeowners. He takes pride in being part of a team that works hard to create healthier, safer, and more comfortable homes.
Cole enjoys staying active through hockey, camping, and duck hunting. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Franklin D. Roosevelt. As an avid outdoorsman himself, Cole would enjoy learning more about Roosevelt’s passion for conservation and what wildlife management looked like during that time in history.
