Grant joined the DBS team as a Co-Foreman, bringing a dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing homeowners with quality service. He takes pride in giving his best effort on every project and believes that hard work and determination are the foundation of a job well done. As a quick learner, Grant is always eager to expand his knowledge and continue growing alongside his teammates.
What excites Grant most about his role is the opportunity to learn from experienced team members while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes. He enjoys working directly with customers, communicating throughout the project, and ensuring they feel confident in the work being completed. His positive attitude and eagerness to grow make him a valuable member of the DBS team.
When he’s not at work, Grant enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, relaxing around a campfire, target shooting, and hanging out with friends. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Abraham Lincoln because of the lasting impact Lincoln had on the course of American history and the opportunity to learn from one of the nation’s most influential leaders.
