Cory Walter

Cory joined the DBS Repair team in 2026 as one of our Design Specialists! He brings more than 20 years of experience in residential development, with a background spanning marketing, sales, market research, reporting, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Cory has worked with a variety of companies, consultants, and homebuyers to create properties that meet the needs of the people who will call them home. This experience has strengthened his ability to understand what homeowners are looking for and guide them toward the right solution.

A unique quality Cory brings to his role is his ability to lead by listening. He takes the time to understand each homeowner’s needs and challenges before recommending a solution. Cory recognizes the importance of trust and credibility when making decisions about a home and strives to ensure every customer feels informed and confident throughout the process. What excites him most about joining DBS is the company’s high standards, the opportunity to meet a variety of customers, and the ability to provide solutions that improve their quality of life.

Cory enjoys traveling, attending live performances, and spending time with friends and family. After living in New York City apartments for many years, he has also enjoyed developing his green thumb by caring for outdoor plants and landscaping. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, Cory would choose Mark Twain for the opportunity to experience his legendary wit and charm firsthand.
