Eric brings 13 years of entrepreneurial and hands-on construction experience to his role as a Design Specialist at DBS Repair. Before joining the team, he founded and operated a precast concrete countertop business, where he navigated the unique challenges of custom concrete work and carefully managed each step needed to bring projects to life.
His extensive experience has strengthened his ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop practical solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Eric is especially excited to help homeowners address their concerns with solutions that respect their priorities, schedules, and busy lives.
Known for his outgoing and positive personality, Eric naturally brings people into the conversation and encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving. He welcomes feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve, helping customers feel heard, understood, and confident throughout the process.
Eric enjoys fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, and exploring the country by motorcycle with his wife and close friends. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Benjamin Franklin—an inventor, communicator, and entrepreneur whose curiosity and innovative approach to solving problems continue to inspire him.
