Have water coming up from the ground in a small are in our basement which is causing damage to walls and baseboards.

We have two entrance ramps to our clinic that dip down and fill with water and freeze in the colder months, creating a very dangerous situation for our clients. Need it raised somehow yet still wheelchair accessible.

We have an old garage with a cinder lock foundation. It has some cracks and needs some exterior repair. Want to make sure it's waterproof as we will be using the space in the future.

Happy Monday! We have a four season porch and deck off the back of our house. The current footings on the four season porch are not under the corners of the porch. The concrete footings and 6X6 posts are about a foot off from the true corners of the porch. The house was build in 1991 and I believe the same for the porch and deck. We have own the house for a little over two years and I am noticing the door from the porch to the deck is no longer hanging plumb or closing correctly. Gap at the top of the door is about a 1/4" and the bottom is almost tight on the hinge side. Along with these two footings I we would love a quote for some helical piers for a deck as well in this same area. Thanks for your time! Chris

Bowing with our wood retaining wall. Would like feedback as to how to go about repairing or replacing wall.

My home was built 9 years ago. It is a rambler, with a walkout basement and attached 3 car garage. It has a poured foundation with is shifting under the garage causing stress on the house with drywall cracking through various portions of the house (and cracking and settling of garage floor). Would like to get an estimate of the cost of repair.
