This homeowner in Hopkins, MN was planning to sell their home and wanted a crawl space project done in order to increase the value of the home. He turned to DBS to help him with this project. 

A DBS Design Specialist helped this homeowner with a free no-obligation estimate to provide the best solution for their space. It was decided that encapsulating the crawl space using drainage matting and CleanSpace® was the best option.

A DBS Foreman, along with a crew, led the installation of this project. They laid down drainage matting in order to prevent future leakage and moisture in the space that could ruin the foundation of the structure. They also installed CleanSpace®, a thick, white poly sheet material, that will cover the area keeping it dry and protected. 

This homeowner now has a dry, clean space that will help create a healthy home.
