The owner of this home in Medford, WI reached out to us looking for help with their wet basement.
Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went out to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After taking several measurements, Rich created a quote for our WaterGuard® and sump pump waterproofing systems.
A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard® french drain system around the interior perimeter of the basement and covered the drains with concrete for a smooth finish (the concrete is wet at the time the after the photo was taken for this project). They also installed a new sump pump with a backup battery in case the power goes out during a rainstorm. The sump pump paired with the WaterGuard® system will ensure that the basement stays drier.
Now that the basement has been waterproofed, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

How To Save Money On Your Energy Bills
The owner of this home in Medford, WI reached out to us looking for an energy-efficient insulation solution.
One of our Design Specialists went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation home energy audit for the homeowner. After taking several measurements, the Design Specialist created a quote for the homeowner. Take a look at the photos that the Design Specialist took, this is how little insulation was in the attic. As you can see on the photo with the temperature gauge, the light yellow areas are where warm air from the living space is escaping to the attic, leading to high energy bills. The proposal included our air-sealing service with our polyurethane spray foam insulation to properly seal all of the leaks and cracks in the attic paired with 17" of blown-in cellulose insulation.
The insulation products would help keep warm air in the living areas of the home, helping to ensure that the homeowner is comfortable all year-round.
Looking to benefit from lower energy bills? Call us today to set up your free no-obligation estimate with one of our Design Specialists.
