Homeowners in Rice Lake, WI reached out to DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate for their basement waterproofing and finishing project.

They had been dealing with water in their basement before a DBS Design Specialist met with the homeowner and created a plan to fix the basement. WaterGuard® was installed around the perimeter of the basement in addition to a new Super Sump™ sump pump. ZenWall™ paneling replaced the previous drywall and allows water to drain into the WaterGuard® system with ease keeping unwanted water out.

The homeowners now enjoy a clean, durable and dry finished basement.

Job Stories From Rice Lake, WI
Settling Front Steps in Rice Lake WI

Mark had a front stoop that was settling and bowing that he was looking to get fixed. He did some research online and found DBS Residential Solutions fixed problems like his every day. After meeting with the specialist Ron, Mark signed up to get his problem solved.

To fix his issue, DBS Residential Solutions planned to install void fill, to stabalize and prevent further settlement. Things didn't quite go as planned when they discovered the front steps were hollow. Ron, the Specialist who had helped Mark, happened to be nearby that day and he came out to the job site. After discussing a plan, the job ended up being finished with the void fill, and some cosmetic work done by Ron himself. Ron had been a mason in his past career and it came in handy when helping out Mark!

When all was said and done, DBS Residential Solutions was proud to be able to say that they had helped another satisfied customer.

Hi, we are interested in a quote for waterproofing the interior of our full basement. We have a full rock foundation in our 1948 home with no structural issues we know of, but would like to deal with water seeping in during rainy seasons and test for radon, eventually hoping to at least partially finish the basement. The space is roughly 30 x 60 feet.
