I am under contract to buy this 18 unit building. The building was built in 1983 and the East wall is sinking. My inspection period is up at the end of next week so I need to talk to someone asap about getting a quote. The east wall of the building is 40 feet long. I am also assuming that the sides of the building 10' on each side will also need the piers. Can someone meet me out this afternoon or tomorrow? I know this is short notice.
