Severe cracking in garage floor and potential settling of foundation

I have a three car garage with no insulation in the attic. I am currently installing an 80K BTU heater and need that insulation! I just put in access hole in garage. There is also approximately two walls unfinished I would consider yall doing but can probably handle myself..

Attached finished garage needs insulation. Just moved into a 15 year old house. Got a bid and paid 50% down for insulating the attic with 2" of expanding foam and blown FG on top of that, plus to blow FG into wall cavities. Job is scheduled for Sep 24. However, I checked today, and the walls cavities are empty (no FG and no vapor barrier. Would like a bid for injectable foam for wall cavities. Not sure if I can get out of attic job, since I paid down. I know that I can get out of FG wall job. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you,

Displaced support beams in crawlspace leading to sagging floor. Would like beams replaced with something more sufficient and long lasting. Thanks!

Over past several months floors throughout our house have developed warps/unevenness. Loud noises suggesting significant shifting of the house. Due to the heavy clay nature of the soil here I suspect this is due to frost heave potentially caused by inadequate drainage around the house. Possibly coincidentally we had a radon system installed last fall and I wonder if that negative pressure under the slab has contributed to foundation issues. Regardless, need an expert to diagnose and solve this issue. Thanks, Paul
