A homeowner in Taylors Falls, MN reached out to DBS regarding a xrawl space issue they were having. The area was poorly stabilized by wood posts, and this was causing the floor above to sag downward. In need of a solution, the homeowner had a Design Specialist come out and give a free, no-obligation estimate for the crawl space service. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home in order to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended our concrete lifting and leveling services.

Foreman Dustin Behning led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® underneath the slabs in the garage in order to lift and level the sunken pieces. To finish the job they sealed the cracks with NexusPro® concrete sealant. 

Now that the garage flooring has been repaired, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

This homeowner in Taylors Falls, MN wanted to restore the workspace in their garage. Settlement and changes in the seasons lead the concrete slab to crack in several places.

Henrik Makitalo was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the concrete repair project. He designed a plan that would raise the sinking slab but keep the grade slanted slightly towards the garage doors for ease of cleaning. 

DBS Concrete Repair Foreman Dustin Behning and his crew used PolyLevel® to raise the sinking slab. PolyLevel® is made with a specially engineered 2-part compound foam that expands when applied and hardens when dry. To take care of the cracks, our team used NexusPro™ to fill and completely seal them.
