This 1975 basement in Wayzata, MN was partially finished. The homeowners wanted an update to the walls and flooring and contacted DBS to learn about our basement finishing options.
DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the basement updates. A DBS Foreman and production team installed our EverLast™ Basement Wall Panels, ThermalDry® Basement Floor Matting, and Carpet. These inorganic materials are designed to repel moisture and are perfect for basement environments.
The team also installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to keep basement humidity at bay. The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have an updated space for the family to spend time in.
A couple called DBS with a basement that was finished in the 70’s, the homeowners were no longer satisfied with the wood burning fireplace and wood panelling. The couple was also having trouble with the sliding door beginning to rot away. DBS constructed a plan to finish the basement into a beautiful, modern style that would match the style of the rest of the home. We also noticed that the couple would benefit from our concrete repair service in their garage. Because the couple also signed up for our PolyLevel concrete lifting service, their garage is now a safe, even environment for their family, and DBS is currently working on their basement for an overall enjoyable space to spend time together!
