John was having trouble with the foundation of his home. Over time, the support for the home in his crawl space was not providing the strength that was needed to maintain level floors in the home. As a result, John had noticed that he had sloping floors in his kitchen and he understood the problem was likely to worsen if he did not do something about it.
Our specialist Royce Bunn assessed the situation and determined it was necessary to install six push piers in precise positions around the outside of the home in order to provide the permanent support the home lacked. John had agreed that this solution would be appropriate for the situation and was scheduled with our foreman Kevin to have the work completed.
For Kevin to access the base of the home he had to remove a few planks from the deck outside of the home, but this was done with as little disruption to the deck as possible. Kevin and his crew installed the six push piers along the outside of the home and were able to make the exact adjustments needed to level and permanently support the home.
John and his family now have a level home that will provide them with one less worry in their daily lives.
