GeoLock® Wall Anchors and PolyLevel® Installed to Support Garage Slab Shifting

Homeowners in Duluth, MN reached out to DBS for issues with cracking and shifting of the concrete in their garage.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the property and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman Kevin Steffey and his production team installed GeoLock® Earth Anchors in the garage floor. These are then connected to GeoLock® Wall Anchors on the exterior of the structure to hold the foundation securely in place. PolyLevel® was used in the garage to level the floor and installed by Steve Lafontaine and his concrete repair crew. 

The homeowners have a more functional garage space and a long-lasting solution against shifting and settling in the future.
