Elevi, WI Concrete Lifted and Leveled with PolyLevel

Eleva, WI homeowners were concerned with their sinking concrete. Sunken slabs caused issues with water draining and pooling near the foundation. Wanting to eliminate any future water concerns, and restore their concrete to level, they contacted DBS. 

Steve Lafontaine is our DBS Concrete Repair Production Manager. After taking thorough measurements of the concrete driveway, sidewalk, and patio areas, he designed a custom solution for the settled slabs using our PolyLevel system. 

DBS Concrete Repair Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her crew completed the work at this home. The PolyLevel® was injected beneath the slab to fill any voids. This 2-part compound foam expands to lift and level concrete. It hardens as it cures and is ready to use within 15 minutes! The cracks were repaired with NexusPro, to prevent water from seeping below the slab and furthering soil washout.
