Challenge
The support beams in this Ironton, MN crawl space were not reliable anymore. The homeowner was concerned with the rapid changes taking place and wanted to address the situation before it got any worse.
A DBS Design Specialist went out to the home in order to conduct a free, no-obligation estimate for the owner. After a careful inspection, our SmartJack® support system was recommended.
Solution
A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team installed multiple jacks in order to evenly distribute the weight of the structure. These new beams are able to reliably support the home and reposition the floors above to level them out.
This homeowner can now relax knowing their home is stable and safe.
