Heather joined the DBS team at the start of 2019, and is now our Human Resources Manager. With 18+ years of coordinating and programming experience, she uses her passion for people to foster a great work culture here at DBS.
Heather supports all hiring and training, safety and HR compliance, as well as employee benefits. Her favorite part about working at DBS is seeing staff grow within the company. She loves coming to work each day because of the supportive and friendly work environment.
When she is not in the office, Heather enjoys hiking, running, traveling, cooking, and reading a good book.
