Quentin Roth

Quentin joined the DBS team in 2021 as our Duluth Sales Manager and has worked up to his current role as our Duluth General Manager! His role includes training, coaching, and supporting DBS Design Specialists to create the best team around! He has completed our thorough training on Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, and Concrete Services to help customers solve their issues.

Quentin has an impressive background in customer care, sales, and service. As Sales Manager, he leads our team of Design Specialists while working closely with homeowners. His positivity and passion for helping people are contagious, and he inspires his colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. What he enjoys most about working at DBS is the unique company culture with a family-first approach. Something unique about Quentin is that he is a good coach that can help bring out the best in his team members. He looks forward most to working with his team and watching them grow in their careers. He also enjoys helping customers and solving problems that they may have thought couldn't be fixed.
In his spare time, Quentin enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, golfing, and watching his kids play sports! If he could have dinner with any fictional character it would be Norman Dale, the coach from "Hoosiers" because "He is fiery and passionate but is also understanding and empathetic and helps his team find the ability they didn't know they had within them."
