Glen Olcott

Glen joined the DBS team in 2021 as an Installer and has since become a Foreman on our Basement Repair team in Duluth. He enjoys the opportunity to advance his career by employing his knowledge about all things Basement Repair in his work and installing projects so customers can enjoy safer, healthier, and comfier homes.

Glen's eagerness and motivation to get jobs done thoroughly is a great addition to the DBS team, and he also prides himself on his ability to pick up on new tasks quickly. Something unique about Glen is that he is very friendly and takes pride in his work. What Glen looks forward to most about coming to work is spending time with everyone he works with and the stories and learning opportunities he hears from everyone.

In his time outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, and woodworking. If Glen were to win a million dollars, he would pay off his parent's debt and build his own house! If he could have dinner with any fictional character, it would be Scooby-Doo so that he can show him his impression of his voice! "--And who doesn't love Scooby-Doo?"
