Shane Ng

Shane joined the DBS family in 2023 as a Foreman and has quickly progressed to holding the position of Field Supervisor and is now one of our Inside Production Supervisors. Bringing in past experience as a Foreman, operator and welder for a trucking service, he has gained a strong knowledge in operating the many different types of equipment used on the job sites. A unique quality about about Shane is that he is very hands on and enjoys learning new skills and is able to pick the up quickly. What excites him about his role is that he is constantly working with a committed crew and building onto DBS's "WOW" experiences for the future.

In his free time, Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, playing darts and caring for reptiles. If he were to have dinner with any historical figure, he would dine with Johnny Cash because he grew up listening to his music and would love to hear the stories behind his songs.
