Griffin Neu

Griffin joined the DBS team in 2023 as our Service Coordinator, later moving into a Service Technician role before stepping into his current position as Co-Foreman in Concrete Repair. His journey through different roles at DBS reflects his strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and commitment to customer care.

Before DBS, Griffin gained experience in both sales and customer service, working directly with clients in person and over the phone. He also brings a hands-on technical background, having worked as an installer for sound systems, cable boxes, and TVs. Griffin is known for his articulate communication and thoughtful approach—always asking the right questions and building strong relationships with homeowners.

In his role as Co-Foreman, Griffin is excited to apply his skills in the field, helping deliver safe, effective concrete solutions while continuing to grow his knowledge of tools, techniques, and the home repair industry.

Outside of work, Griffin enjoys playing guitar—he’s entirely self-taught—as well as video gaming with friends and getting out to fish whenever he can.
