Blake Gregg

Blake joined the DBS team in 2023 as a Co-Foreman in concrete repair and has quickly advanced through roles including Design Specialist and production leadership. He now serves as Managing Director of Metro Operations, where he oversees operations in the metro area and helps drive performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

With a background in facility operations and high-end hospitality, Blake brings a strong one-team mindset and exceptional project management skills. He has a natural ability to problem-solve under pressure, thinking through multiple scenarios and applying both practical experience and sound judgment to each situation.

What Blake enjoys most about his role is working alongside a driven, like-minded team to deliver solutions that truly improve customers’ homes and daily lives.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He is an avid road cyclist, often taking on long-distance rides, and also enjoys walking and playing with his dogs. When he’s not on the move, you’ll find him gardening and focusing on sustainable living. If given the chance to have dinner with a historical figure, Blake would choose Kurt Cobain to talk about creativity, drive, and the evolution of alternative music.
