DeAnna Palmer

DeAnna joined the DBS team in 2025 as our Accounts Receivable Specialist. She brings with her over 20 years of administrative experience across various industries, all of which have equipped her with the skills to thrive in this role. DeAnna holds an Associate Degree in Office Administration, a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s in English. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills allow her to efficiently support our team and assist customers with billing questions and account inquiries.

When DeAnna isn’t working, she enjoys painting, crafting, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. If she could have dinner with any historical figure, she would choose Martin Luther King Jr., saying, “I’d love to hear what new ideas he might have to continue the fight against racism today.
