Justin Luetmer

Justin Luetmer brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the lumber industry, having worked his way up from driving and building loads to inside sales and account management. This background has given him a deep understanding of building materials and customer care—making him a valuable resource to the DBS team and to the homeowners he serves.

Justin’s unique trait is his passion for building science and helping others understand it. He truly enjoys educating homeowners on the importance of a safe, energy-efficient home and approaches every consultation with the heart of a teacher. He’s especially excited about working in-home with customers to uncover concerns and provide clear, thoughtful solutions that improve comfort, safety, and efficiency.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys watching and attending Minnesota Twins games, sipping coffee on his patio while observing wildlife, cooking for his wife, playing with his three cats, and relaxing at camper cabins in Minnesota State Parks.

If he could have dinner with any historical figures, it would be Lewis and Clark—to better understand the curiosity and courage that led them to explore the unknown.
