With 18 years of experience as a chef and hospitality professional, Luke made a seamless transition into the restoration industry—where his technical problem-solving skills and people-first mindset have flourished. He joined DBS in 2025, excited to apply his diverse background to a role that blends hands-on service with customer care. Luke is passionate about helping homeowners feel confident and at ease by offering clear communication and effective, personalized solutions.

Luke brings a unique blend of technical know-how, restoration experience, and a calming presence. He excels at diagnosing issues quickly, explaining them clearly, and building trust with every customer interaction—turning moments of stress into peace of mind.

In his role as a Service Technician, Luke puts his problem-solving skills to work daily—whether it’s troubleshooting foundation concerns, crawl space systems, or energy efficiency upgrades. He’s received extensive hands-on training at DBS, equipping him to confidently assess and resolve a wide range of service needs while ensuring each customer feels heard and supported.

Outside of DBS, Luke enjoys playing piano and guitar, restoring classic boats, repairing electronics in his radio shack, woodworking, and cooking when he has a free moment.
