Julia Raisanen

Julia Raisanen joined the DBS team in 2025 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing with her a wide range of hands-on experience—from invoicing and dispatching to sump pump service, handyman repairs, and water heater replacements. With strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, Julia is ready to jump in, solve problems, and make a positive impact each day.

Julia is known for her love of problem-solving and her ability to handle challenges with both skill and care. At DBS, she appreciates receiving full hands-on training, allowing her to continue expanding her knowledge and confidently recommend products she truly believes in while helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys fishing, agate picking, camping, paddle boarding, and drawing. If she could have dinner with any character, she’d choose Winnie the Pooh—because a little mess at the dinner table never hurt anyone, especially when shared with a sweet and judgment-free friend.
